Where Do I Fly In?

The airport is Los Cabos International. There are direct flights from Vancouver 5 days a week on Westjet. Yes, you need a passport.

When Should I Arrive?

The first event starts at 6pm on Wednesday June 4th - please try to give yourself time to get settled and enjoy the Baja! Most guests will be arriving June 4th and departing June 7th, but many are staying longer! We will be there from June 1st - June 8th.

Are the Hotel Nearby? Are they All-Inclusive?

El Ganzo is not all inclusive, but some hotels in the area are.

We will be organizing transportation to and from Acre from El Ganzo.

If you need help with other accommodations please reach out as we do have other options.

Can I Bring My Kids?

Children are welcome to attend the welcome event, ceremony & beach day but not the dinner reception. If you need help with childcare during your stay, please contact us.

When is the RSVP Deadline?

We will be notifying guests of hard RSVP date soon.

What is the Dress Code?

The wedding is summer formal attire. Style guide here. The other events are casual attire.

Do I need a car?

The airport is 25 minutes from both hotels. Ubers and taxis are easy to get while in San Jose and we recommend not renting a vehicle unless you are extending your stay and want to explore!
